Walnuts are a food that is extremely beneficial for our health.

They have an important place in a healthy diet program due to the high amount of nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, protein, fiber, vitamin E and magnesium.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential oils for the body and provide many benefits such as protecting heart health, improving brain functions and reducing inflammation.

Thanks to these fatty acids found in walnuts, the risk of cardiovascular diseases can be reduced and brain functions can also be supported.

Antioxidants protect the body from harmful free radicals and reduce the risk of serious diseases such as cancer, while vitamin E helps prevent cellular damage and supports the strengthening of the immune system

While regulating the digestive system thanks to its fiber content, protein and magnesium are effective in protecting muscle and bone health.

It is possible to benefit from these health benefits at the maximum level when walnuts are consumed regularly.

However, the amount of consumption is important. Consuming 5-7 walnuts daily will be sufficient for health.

As a result, walnuts are a nut with high nutritional value and have many benefits for health. Consuming walnuts regularly for a healthy life will make a significant contribution to our nutrition program.
