 A heart attack is a serious health problem that occurs as a result of a sudden interruption of blood flow to the heart. The main factors that butrigger a heart attack are listed below:

 1. High Cholesterol

High levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol can lead to vascular blockage.

 2. High Blood Pressure

Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack by increasing the stress on the heart.

3. Diabetic

Diabetes negatively affects vascular health and increases the risk of heart attack.

4. Obesity

Excess weight brings with it many factors that increase the risk of heart disease.

 5. Smoking Use

Smoking causes narrowing of the vessels and a decrease in their oxygen-carrying capacity.
